Have Set Times For Sleep

Our bodies can relax and repair and get up prepared for the day ahead. It is important to make sure you have a set bedtime and wake-up time as part of your routine. It helps with the kids as they will no doubt have a regular bedtime and wake-up time. It also means you can plan your days better when you know what time things are happening. Regular Checkups

In order to make sure that you are staying healthy and well, it is a good idea to have regular checkups. You can deal with any issues that arise as the crop up. So make sure that you and the rest of the family have regular family dentistry appointments.


Eat Regular Meals

When you are busy or stressed, food and proper meals seem to be one of the things that that just stop for us, busy mamas. But make sure that you get a proper breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner you are probably eating with the kids. But breakfast and lunch might not always happen. They can help your blood sugar level stay balanced, which will help your energy level. So it is important. Plus those meals will be full of all the right vitamins and minerals that your body needs. So make time to eat proper meals, even when you are busy. It will help your mood for sure.

Plan Time Out

As a mom, it is hard to just take time out whenever you want it. But if you feel like a trip to the spa or to get your nails done (heck, even just to shop alone), then make sure that you schedule it in. Then you can arrange a sitter, or for your other half to be around. It is also easy for us to not prioritize ourselves. So if it isn’t scheduled in, we’ll let other things get in the way. So schedule it in and make it happen!
