Here is even more motivation for you to get fit before the start of summer. This free digital scrapbooking quick page was created for those fantastic "Before And After" pictures that are just waiting to be showed off.
Im all about fitness right now so if you have other fitness and health pictures you want scrapbooked head on over to this link and download the FREE Full Mega kit "Feel The Burn". Because I've been so blessed with support and encouragement during my weight-loss journey right now, I want to help as many people do the same in return. So I thought I would start with what I do best... scrapbooking.
Scrapbooking your fitness and health photos can be a huge motivator. Don't just scrap book pictures either, break out of the box and scrapbook some of your favorite healthy recipes, list the best songs to workout too, or paste in your favorite motivating quotes. Surrounding yourself in a fitness orientated environment and implementing it in what ever you can will only strengthen your willpower.
Please remember all my images and design are for personal use only. You are more than welcome to post your finished pages on your blog, just remember to give credit where credit is due.
