My latest scrapbook pages September 2011

I love trying out new looks and layouts. I made this page with my Nerdy By Nature kit and thougt it would be fun to use do a spin on circular frames.

This page was created with some elements from my Dazzle Doodle Day kit. The challenge here was creating a page that incorporated the colors from the picture while trying not to be to girly. I like the page but it definitely came across girly, on well.

Here I had a lot of photos and I tried to incorporate a vega's theme but not keep away from it being gothic or cheesy. I also had to come up with a way to add all the photos we took and feature the other activities we did that weekend that I didn't have photos for.

Hre is another experimental layout idea I played around with. Out of all the pages this one took me the longest. I just kept messing with the circles until I liked it.

I made this page with one of my first kits that I ever made. It was fun breaking it out. I loved getting to use the toothbrush and my bubble stamp to embellish this page.

I love scrapbooking but I too struggle to keep it fun and new. I used to motivate myself with dead lines and goals and I noticed I started getting a lot more frustrated when I should have been enjoying myself. So now I take big breaks and if I find myself getting burned out I simple walk away for a while and or try to go find inspiration elsewhere.

I'd love to know what you think of my pages. Which one is your favorite?
