My husband and I met in 2002 and got married six months later. So 2002 was a big year for us. Our first date was actually when I invited him and his best friend over for dinner. We were college students at the time and I spent every dime I had to make my favorite enchilada recipe that night. I chose Kelly Clarkson because she came out with a song call Miss Independent, which was popular at the time and I really related to it. And to make the night not so girly I picked a man's movie my hubby really liked that came out that year.
