LDS Mormon Missionary Themed Free Digital Scrapbooking Kit!

Ive named this kit "Diligently Teaching The Word". I have been asked on several occasion when I was going to make a Mormon missionary kit or something LDS for quite a while now. I have recently had a strong desire to make a missionary kit because my brother is serving in Washington State right now and has just reached his halfway mark. We are missing him so badly. He is such a joy and a light in our lives and are only okay with his absence because of all the good he is doing in other's lives right now.

It is so hard to find good LDS themed digital scrapbooking kits out there, let alone free ones. I searched around to get some inspiration, and I was very limited in my search, so I had to brainstorm a lot on this kit. Most of the time spent on this kit was just for the "thinking".  I did not want to make just a few missionary elements and then coordinate the papers with the same color scheme. I wanted this to be a full mega missionary kit with everything you will need to make those missionary pages for the Elders AND the Sisters who have selflessly served. I even made it so that most the papers were themed as well.

Here is an up-close view of the papers included in this kit...

This kit is for personal use only. Do not re-distribute any image in full or in part without my permission. Also I would love to see what you make with my kits. If you send me a link or picture of what you made with any of my designs I might include it in my next "What you've been up to" post! You can email me you pictures, links or questions at everydaymomideas@hotmail.com

I hope you enjoy this kit. I make kits for FREE because I enjoy hearing how you guys like my creations so please leave a comment if you download this kit.

  16. I appreciate having this to add to my missionary-theme materials - I just got my son to drop off the negatives from his mission pictures from Denmark. Thank you very much.
Did you all know that there's a major LDS Blog Train every other month? It has 20-30 designers and is always on an LDS theme. In April 2010 it was "Called to Serve." I don't know if any of the sites are still downloadable but it's worth a look.
The most recent set was on "The 6 B's" from President Hinckley and at least some of the sites should still be open since it was just on 1 March 2011. The next "train" leaves May 1 this year. It can be found at www.ldsblogtrain.com. I find it is really valuable to me.
