Just so you know... I only post my favorite home tested recipes here. This recipe is another family favorite of ours. My mother taught me how to make her delicious crab salad when I was a girl and I tweaked it a bit to make it more figure friendly without loosing any of the taste a richness.
This is a great meal to chase away those winter blues and bring a little seaside flair to your dinner table.
2 tablespoons - zesty free italian dressing
16oz imitation crab meat
3/4 cup light mayo
1 cup frozen peas - thawed
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. Lightly mix all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Serve over a thick bed of lettuce. See... Easy right?!
