I used a "Calphalon Unison Nonstick 12" Covered Omelette Pan" to make this delicious dish thanks to CSN stores. They sent me a $55 gift code to spend at any of their CSN stores. This pan has a list price of $214.95 and is on sale now for only $59.95!!! I also got free shipping with this order. So with my $55 gift code I only forked out $4 bucks and some change for an over two hundred dollar pan! Thats one of the things I love about CSN stores they have so many huge sales constantly going on in every category so your sure to find what you are looking for at the price you are looking for. I gave this pan to my hubby for Christmas. He is a cook at our family restraunt and could no longer tolerate our crumby pans any longer. This skillet is just fantastic. We use it for just about anything because it is so big. The quality is just amazing as well.
