Here is my spin on a traditional artichoke and spinach dip recipe. Mine is so cheesy and your vegi haters will love it! And just in time for the holidays... who love you?!
- Need:
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 (7 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped small
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (topping)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F .Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, basil, garlic salt, pepper. Gently stir in chopped artichoke hearts and spinach.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle top with a little basil. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve hot with crackers, chips, or even some vegies.
Enjoy!
