Berry Light Smoothy Recipe

This smoothy recipe is only 260 calories for the whole thing! I created this a few years ago after I had been dieting for sometime. It was summer time and I wanted somthing cold to beat the early morning heat... and my favorite healthy breakfast was made.

1 cup skim milk
2/3 cup frozen berry medly
1 light yoplait strawberry and banana yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes

1. Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend until liquified. Sere imediately.

  1. We love smoothies! We never use ice cubes...instead just frozen fruit...including bananas! For me it's a good way to get fruit in my body...and I don't worry about the calories in it.
