My 10 For 2010!

I seems to me that when I or anyone else write down our New Years Resolutions. We often write down habits we want to break. Well I think I’m going to take a break from that this year and write things I’m going to do this year... actual Actions to be carried out by me. So here I go...

1. Loose 25lbs ( I know its not very original but here it is anyways)-Via working out at least 3 times a week and keeping a daily calorie journal.
2.Take my two sweet little boys on a "Mommy and Me" date.
3.Plan a very special and romantic date for my Hubby and I.
4. Re-do/decorate the family Room (future before and after post, Im sure)
5. Get up to at least 300 followers by next year.
6. Get up to date on my scrapbooking at some point during the year. So I can fall behind again.
7. Plant Mint leaves and Black Berry Bushes in my backyard this spring.
8. Take Family to Disney Land. I’m a grown woman who's lived in CA in my youth and I’ve still never been. Sad.
9. Listen to how-to-make-friends audio book and actually make a new real-life friend this year. Or my best friend could just move back from from the other side of the US and save me the trouble of having to make new friends.
10. Take more time out to pamper self.... Facial, Pedicures, Solo Walks with the ipod, bubble baths.... At least twice a month.

  6. Stopping by from SITs. I set a few resolutions for the new year and here we are four days in and I'm not sure what they are anymore.

    As for journaling food I've found awesome for that. Have you ever been over there. Everyone I know that has used it has had success and (here's the best part) it's free. Yeah, free stuff.

    Isn't it funny how iPods have become "Mommy time"? It's how I use mine.

  8. At least you've made goals! I didn't even get around to it! They sound great and your year looks full and happy!

  9. Wow! That's a great list!
    One thing I do to make sure I have enough "me" time is at the end of the week I think 'what did I do for myself this week?' and if I realize I did nothing then I schedule something for the next week like a pedicure or a hair cut.

  10. Mint is really invasive, so be sure to plant it in pots! :)
