Spiced Pumpkin Seeds Mmm...

6:12 AM

My family and I love making these after carving pumpkins. After we toast them up we put them in a big baggy and eat them through out the rest of October. This is my favorite October treat!

Need:

1 1/2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons of seasoned salt
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds

Preheat oven to 300 F.
Combine the margarine, salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and pumpkin seeds. Mix thoroughly then spread mixture out in baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Enjoy!

  3. Did the pumpkin seeds not pop and hop all over your oven? We roasted ours in the oven the other day and I thought I had the heat to high just they were just a jumpin' all over the place in there.
